A dead looking plant!

I had forgotten to set my alarm last night....thank goodness I woke up as I could easily have slept until noon this morning. It was an effort to get to work, but I finished at 2pm today...hurrah. 

The sun was out and I had arranged to meet up with Jacqui. We sat out in her garden and turned a lovely shade of pink as we chatted and put the world to rights.

Jude came round this evening armed with spaghetti bolognese...lovely. It was great to have a proper meal for a change. Times is 'ard and I've not been shopping...my jeans keep falling down which is good lol. 

I found a bottle of fizz which we soon polished off.
