The beach

I was out and about again with some of the kids from work today; a beach nature walk and talk with Sophie from Scottish Natural Heritage. I was a bit damp, but we all enjoyed it, found some interesting bits and pieces and learnt about some of the shore life. We also did a mini beach clean, collecting some of the plastic along the way and putting it in the bin. It did me good to get some fresh air anyway and I should sleep well tonight.
