Pretty straight forward work day, WSM, Hartcliffe, UWE and Clifton. Even managed to avoid the service line for most of the day. It's with me now though!

Amelias ankle is on the mend, thank goodness...

Sneaked out for a local ride on my own. Even got some good Strava results which I thought wouldn't happen again. It seems to help when I follow/chase faster riders.

Legs are tired but feeling great.

Turned into an expensive ride though. Everything wears out at once unfortunately, shorts, saddle, rear tyre and front chainring all ordered..... Ouch!
