Tennis ball tree

I went to the park this evening to catch a bit of sunset colour through my favourite dead tree, but then I saw this strange phenomenon on the edge of the park - so I went to investigate! It's a tennis ball tree! With about twelve 'used' - (doggy used, I'd say) - tennis balls strategically placed, I think this might be a makeshift tennis ball graveyard! Had a giggle, took a few snaps and forgot all about the sunset. Someone - definitely a doggy fan, I think, has a great sense of humour! It is interesting to note that there is a tennis club on the edge of the park, too. Mmmmm?
