The Manchester Eye!

This morning Neil my oldest son caught the bus and went to Manchester.
After having coffee in Harvey Nicks we went to have a ride on the Manchester Eye which is a lot smaller than the London Eye but what a thrill when we stopped at the top for a while looking out over the city.

Afterwards we had afternoon tea at Manchester Town Hall which was delicious and very fresh. It only cost £11 each but we had a glass of champagne which cost extra. Neil talked to someone in reception and we had a very good tour of the Mayors Parlour as well as other places around the Town Hall. I have been in there before when I was working but I was glad he spoke to someone as I wanted Neil to see all the silver and other treasures in there.

Ted me and Neil really enjoyed the rides on the bus and on the Eye.
