Compact and bijou.

I have to admit the bathroom is a bit cramped and the kitchen is tiny, but I like the modern skylight and the on street parking is a bonus. I mean this is a residents permits zone and it is murder getting a place after 5pm. 

The walls are a bit thin though, but it really entertains guests when the whole place reverberates to the smallest fart.
