Super Bouncer!

For more years than I can remember a group of us formed a local committee to fund raise for Save the Children.  Husbands, partners and children were often called on to shift furniture, fill tea urns, make sandwiches, run tombolas etc etc.  One of those husbands was Joan's Roger, ever the gentleman, his sparkly sense of humour percolating village halls and kitchens, nothing too much trouble.  Sadly ten years ago Roger contracted cancer and today was his funeral, a moving and heartwarming service with tributes from his grandchildren, an honour to be there to say goodbye to a lovely man.

Back home, mini neighbour Molly came out to play in the sunshine!
