Ladybugs

It's been a strange day today. Went for walk around the fields skirting the town, forgotten how lovey some parts of it are.

Lots of wild white violets, a stunning drive with oodles of daffodils in full bloom on both sides, a couple of kestrels and a very brief glance of a field mouse darting through the hedge.

Returned home only to see not one but two blue tits in and out a couple of the nest boxes we have. The pond was looking good, almost inviting enough for a swim but these ladybirds weren't tempted.
