Chilly start ........

....... but what another lovely day.

Back to work today, lots of changes afoot which us causing a little unrest with the team. Just got to stick in there, be proactive with constructive feedback and not to spiral negatively downwards. (It's a change in structure as well as change of job descriptions!)

Only two more days to the weekend - yippee.
