7 days of nothing but this
Week two of crazy intense Tough Mudder training. 6 sessions last week and another 6 this week. 4 pounds down since just before the weekend and getting very tired of not eating food. Feeling leaner and meaner already though - Helped along massively by my new trainer. 4 more days on shakes, oats and fish oil, then back to solids (thank god!).
10 weeks until the big day.
