Being aware of how these things work, from various nautical activities, I knew there'd be a really big Spring tide today after that eclipse. The peak tide is usually about a day and a half after the full, or new moon. Of course it was a new moon yesterday. Anyway headed over to Udale as all the birds would be roosting well up the shore at high-tide time. Nothing unusual, just large numbers of all the regular seasonal species.

Note there are several "packages" being dropped by those geese. Perhaps best not to be under the flight path of them, when they take off.
