They work in a fruit & vegetable outlet called Fruteria El Triunfo; these women weigh, package and price produce customers bring to the counter..  I am a frequent customer; it was the end of the day, and they were looking for a bit of excitement.  Why not pose?  Of course, they all know the "hand on the hip" routine.
