Chick, chick, chicken!

My youngest granddaughter took part in her 'Leavers' Service' today in School. She will be leaving the Nursery to go into the Infants department in September. The Headmistress opened the proceedings by saying that, " When you ask your children what they have been doing at school today, they usually reply 'Nothing!'." So, today's Service was showing us all the events they have covered during the year.
Evidently, 3 little chickens were hatched under infra-red lamps in their Classroom and M. called one of them 'Rainbow'. Hence the costume and the little song they sang about chickens. I found it hard to keep my eyes dry!!
