Experimental biscuits

The 'first' day of Easter holidays, well the first that I was in charge of the child so we watched Paddington the film, and made some experimental cookies. Dairy free stuffed cookies, the stuffed bit was as successful as pictures of other stuffed cookies but we were quite proud and frankly I'm not exactly a natural experimental baker so anything is good! (Also dairy ingredient seem to defy me often!)

The Midget reported the cookies to be extremely yummy!
