I ache in the places where I used to play

Still in lots of pain this morning so off to the doctor. Usual guy is on holiday so we went to the "permanence" in the next town. This is a collection of doctors etc. in one place where you can go without an appointment. 

Health care in Switzerland is quite expensive, but the service is almost always excellent. The pain in my leg was quite extruciating this morning, to the point where it was difficult to walk. And pain was moving across to other leg. Given my normal fitness level and without any obvious explications the doctor did a very thorough check including blood tests. There was a possibility it was linked to the long flight (thrombosis) but thankfully probably not. 

So just seems to be something muscular , so am on anti-inflammatoires and pain killers and hoping it will be pass. Does feel somewhat better this evening, but don't think I'll be running tomorrow.
