Penny Lane

Travelled to Liverpool with Josh, so that he could take part in the Northern 12 Stage Men's Road Relays. The weather on the way was horrendous - extremely heavy rain. Arrived in Beatle country and drove down Penny Lane to get to Sefton Park - it started me humming! Exciting race - started at 11.30 with first leg. Josh was 12th man running at about 3 o'clock I think! Hallamshire Harriers needed to come in top 25 to qualify for the Nationals. They came 7th!
