Lobsew

A short write-up, I have little movement with my right arm and none with my left.  In a nutshell:

Biking. 
Jnr Snr wiped out.
I wiped out avoiding her head.
Pain.
Pushing bike about a mile more.
A&E.
Broken elbows.
Bruised/cracked ribs.
Bruised Jnr Snr.

It was an ace day up until that second of chaos.
