Dwarf Iris
Last fall, up at the Wildlife Botanical Garden, there were plants that the volunteers had cleaned out or thinned and for a small donation anyone can take what they want. So, I grabbed some of these dwarf Iris plants and we planted them in the front flower bed. I didn't even know what they would look like really...or if I did I've forgotten it, which is always a strong possibility. Anyway, they are blooming and they are the sweetest flowers with a lovely purple and white color. I've played a bit in picasa, but in real life, the color is very deep and vibrant..
Bill is working later today than normal...he will be a tired puppy when he gets home.
See ya later.
