Derelict Thursday Where's the love?

This old car sits outside and Automotive rebuild place for the last 20 or more years.  It seems to sit quite patiently I might add!  But , alas, where has all the love gone?  Seems other cars are more important!  Not sure the make or model.  I am guessing it was built in the 50's.  I remember riding around in these kind of cars when I was a kid.
