A long bike ride

Took off for a 36km bike ride in lovely sunshine..rode down to Berowra Waters for leisurely lunch..fish..wine..sunny ambience!! Pity about the 8km straight up hill in the pouring rain & wind on the way back after the storms set in..we definitely worked off those extra calories!!
