The cliff

Is what this area of Bar Beach is described as.  The seas have exposed the rocks again but were definitely down from what they have been.  On the surf report this morning there was only one surfer out (experienced surfers only in high seas) and that was Rocket Rod.  Apparently Newcastle's best big wave rider.  I should have high tailed it down to see him perform.  Maybe next time.

There was a tog with a monopod out this evening.  I am not sure what effect he was after and silly me didn't ask but he was swinging the camera around on the pod.  Maybe he was just avoiding waves but it looked quite strange.  Well the weekend is here and here is wishing you all a good one.
