I'M ON THE TRAIN

A direct train from Glasgow to Newcastle. For the first hour we were almost the only people on it. We had a picnic and a looong chat.

Then about a million people got on at Edinburgh and Alexander had to sit on my knee. But he chatted to the man next to us instead. For an hour and a half.

When we got off a woman from across the aisle gave me a big grin and waved at him. I think he must have been more entertaining than YouTube.
