The first bluebells

Of which I am sure there will be many more.

I came out the shower today to find a painter up the ladder outside my bedroom window....not the surprise I wanted so early in the morning! But Murdoch took revenge...he found the painter's lunch and ate his egg and ham sandwich! It did have a laugh (though had to be cross with Murdoch) but I was most apologetic and offered to make him another one, but thankfully he found it amusing and was not fussed about it.

Yet another trip to the supermarket, I buy as much as my fridge holds and yet in 2 days it is all gone again! Gavin's brother arrives this afternoon to spend the weekend with us - he lives outside of Toronto, but is often in Paris on business and tries to visit us on these trips, if Gavin is at home.
