Pink Magnolia
Warm sunshine here today so I set off to capture the glorious Magnolia trees that are on Cathedral close.
The Hawk & Owl trust have set up their now annual tent on the Green to help engage the public with the Cathedral Peregrines nesting on the spire. They do a wonderful job being cheery, informative & encouraging, keeping a daily record of activity and other wild life observed. We watched the male sending off a Buzzard that wandered into the patch, then catch a gull mid air & carry it off to the sitting female. Last time I was there he kept it all for himself.
