Tricked

This Mayfly was tricked to believe that it has landed on water and will lay it's eggs here.
Sadly this is our car roof and as the fly is doomed so are it's eggs.
We were on a walk close to the river where thousands of Mayflies are frantically trying to find the right spot. So many will succeed, but a few will not.
