Boy racer

A much more positive day today, first go karting. Will's first time, he had grown sufficiently since last summer to meet the minimum height requirements. Then lunch at the cafe on the beach, home for a bit then to the swimming pool. How utterly lovely it is to be able to take children swimming now and not have to take all my clothes off. Brilliant change of going home plan for our guests, so now we have another evening together.

And the sun shone all day and no one talked to us as if we were stupid. All good things.
