They've just pulled the pub round the corner down.

Truth be told the Quarry Gate was never the most inviting establishment (and it had a pretty rough reputation), and as far as I can recall I never actually set foot in the place.

This picture was taken at about 08:30 this morning, by 17:00 there was only a pile of bricks to be seen. Will be interesting to see what happens to the site.
