Flower Friday

Yesterday started well with the birth of a beautiful new great niece but ended with some worrying news. 
This a bit of an EB that I set up this morning because I wouldn't have time later today as we had to visit someone in a hospital that is an hour and a half away. I used my new Superzoom with my macro attachment. It doesn't quite fit but it held it on by hand and was quite surprised by the result. I quite like the detail in the faded roses from last week's blip. I am not sure I would call this a truly beautiful image but this set-up may come in useful sometime.
