Is It A Bee Or A Fly?

It's a Beefly!!

The proboscis on this amazing looking insect looks so sharp! It's used for the exact reason you would imagine, getting nectar from deep inside flowers! Apparently it makes it's home in the nests of solitary bees :-( can't be bothered to build a home itself! Lazy little bee....fly :-)
