Hydrant and More

A view down the street from our place in Northampton Mass. The Bridge Street Cemetery is on the left, and the elementary school our neighbor's kids attend is just visibly at the end to of the road.  The yard on the right is very small, but it does have some grass, which is doubtless mowed by the old-fashioned lawnmower leaning against the fence.

The red fire hydrant has a red marker attached, which served to warn snowplows during the last winter's snows. An abandoned child's shirt is hanging on it.  It rained hard earlier, as you can see from from the puddle with its reflection.
