Busy
Early start to reach the conference centre and I experienced a tiny taste of what everyday life in Tokyo must be like. Didn't have to be pushed onto the subway train but I am pretty sure I saw the station guards putting their gloves on in readiness! Everywhere I went, both above and below ground, was absolutely heaving!
It has made me appreciate my 'small' city of only 1.8 million people all the more!
I sometimes wonder why the Japanese went to all the trouble of franchising a Disneyland in the suburbs when the capital itself is in many ways so superior a version.
