The Alternative Boat Race!

Today is the real boat race - Oxford against Cambridge - an annual event along the River Thames. Yesterday was the turn of the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI) - a fantastic organisation of which I am a member. So the idea was to sponsor a little model lifeboat and these "raced" each other between the last two bridges of the official boat race course. There were 250 model boats and one winner! Unfortunately not Quasar (my boat). Nevertheless it was a great afternoon out followed by a VIP barbecue in the famous Ship Inn which is at the end of the course... The alternative boat race will be on again next year and I will definitely be supporting it! Ps can you tell which is the model and which is the real lifeboat?
