Another building project!

In Hanmer, our bikes used to be stored in the laundry, but that now houses a fridge, a freezer and a cupboard.

This is all part of the reorganising of our downstairs room into an office, which is now ready for use if we ever get our earthquake repairs done in Christchurch.

Repairs have been postponed yet again, until at least Spring (which will be 5 years after the 'quake).

So the bikes are now homeless and yesterday we ordered a garden shed for them.

Today's job was levelling an area ready to put the floor pad down. And then the builder can take over and assemble the (kitset) shed for us when it is delivered.
