Tiers
That's one tier of the wedding cake wrapped in grease proof paper. I'm going to marzipan that today and ice it tomorrow. I made it two months ago, it's a boozy fruit cake. Later today I'm making the large chocolate for the bottom tier and a small Madeira cake for the top. I'll freeze them and defrost and ice them on Thursday for the wedding on Friday.
Sounds simple..... doesn't it?
