Creatures of Coffee Pot Wood

We were just getting ready to go for a walk this afternoon, and I was tying my boots outside, when I could hear a blue great tit singing away for all he was worth. He was really giving it some welly. Then I spotted him, in a tree at the edge of the wood which adjoins our garden.
I took lots more photos on our walk, but I still liked this one best. We were almost back home when we bumped into Technophobe in the little field near to the river, so off we went in search of wildlife. We had a very pleasant walk, and watched a tree creeper for a while, and the sunshine sparkling on the river was beautiful.
