This swan was all by itself, but certainly a welcome visitor in my book : ) The Canada geese didn't seem to mind and the swan didn't give them any trouble either. I guess there's enough space in the pond for all of them : ) In talking with a few walkers it sounds like the swan is just stopping by for a few days. At first this saddened me, but the truth is that we are all just visitors.
