Smells as good as it looks

I never cease to be amazed at the goings on in the garden. Despite fretting over the savage chop we gave the roses last year they've gone completely mental and have produced masses of buds that are beginning to bloom daily. So not only do we come home to an ever increasing burst of colour but the smell is equally as intoxicating.
Many people have said how roses almost relish being cut right back but it really has to be seen to believe. With a bit of luck we'll have a glorious display thorough out the Summer.
