Blue skies at Brodgar (three weeks and five days)

The weather broke today and we woke to the sound of a strong wind driving rain against the windows. It eased off a bit and I took the dogs up the hill without getting rained on.
Later on, the nearly wife and I had a wander round a totally deserted Brodgar.
Soon after coming home HV went off to work whilst I headed off in the other direction to try and fix a central heating system. I have no idea what the last plumber did, but the system will not work at all, and an electrical fault has blown all of the sockets in the house as well as the supply to the boiler. Humph!
