Bärlauch Kässpätzle

Having collected a HUGE amount of wild garlic leaves (Bärlauch - bear leek) on Easter Sunday, we have been trying out delicious ways of eating it. Mixed in with the Spätzle dough its flavour was present but not overpowering. Plenty of cheese rounded of this mound of deliciousness.
