" THERE'S A PLACE FOR US "

Well what an amazing day.  We had a call from the estate agents we had made contact with in Newquay, on Thursday to tell us about a house that we might be interested in.  It was in Crantock, the very village we have been visiting since 1963.  And of course we were interested.  So today we have been to view the house, almost opposite to where we stayed in 1973 onwards, in fact where all our children spent their holidays.  It is wonderful, or will be when we live there!!

This is the beach we will visit every day, play on, walk on and spend as much time as we can on!  Holiday visitors welcome!!

After we said goodbye to the Agent and the owner's Mum, we went and visited the local cattery so that Sassie and Jazz can be looked after while we're on our holiday.  Then we visited Truro to make sure it was OK and bought Matthew some trousers from M&S.

Journey home took just over 2 hours in light traffic and golden sun, perfect.  Today we felt blessed, we couldn't have wished for more.  And I know Matthew and Adrian will be thrilled to visit.  For them we have to afford it for at least 1 year which will give us time to find something less expensive or time to come into better finances!!!
