Deck Project Update

This is basically a journal entry and progress report on how our deck extension is going.  Since my last project blip on 1st April, I don't appear to done a lot but I have removed the old back verandah floor boards, added an extra joist to support the ends of the floor sheet (this took most of a day due to water pipes being in the way) and have laid five sheets of new floor.  The flooring is compressed cement sheeting called Constructafloor, it is supposed to be light weight but is still 40 kg.

This week I won't be able to devote as much time on it but hope to get most of the remaining sheeting in place.
