Puppy Love

Little Miss and Mr B went to basketball training this morning while I did some chores around the house in preparation for going back to school tomorrow. 

Mr B had been busy ever since in the garden, putting in a retaining wall. Unfortunately I'm about as much use as a chocolate teapot when it comes to shifting really heavy railway sleepers, so fortunately his brother is coming over to help in a minute.

We took a moment to go for a walk and to observe the beginnings of autumn. In a couple of weeks' time, I think it'll look even more beautiful.

Cousteau obliged with this silhouette and the slightest hint of russet around his head. The love hearts in the oak leaves were just a bonus.
