Petersham Oval

Michael left for the States this afternoon, so we came down to Sydney.
After a family lunch we were driving past the lovely Petersham Oval and noticed a baseball game was in progress.
Baseball is a very minor sport in Australia, but it was a lovely scene.

Michael suggested we stop for a while and watch.
"You'll get a blip, Mum."
It was very pleasant, more so than the drive later to the airport.

And he was right.
I did get a blip.
