The National Health

Roedd sioc gyda ni ar ein noson gyntaf ar encil. Curodd calon Nor'dzin yn gyflym iawn ac yn afreolaidd.  Galwais i'r gwasanaethau argyfwng a daeth y parafeddyg mewn deg munud.  Roedd calon Nor'dzin yn curo ar 150 curiad y munud. Yn ffodus dechreuodd hi ddod yn well tra roedd y parafeddyg yn edrych ar ôl iddi hi. Ro'n ni'n meddwl byddai fe'n gorau galw ambiwlans er mwyn gallai Nor'dzin treulio ychydig o amser mewn ysbyty.  Treulion ni noson a bore mewn Ysbyty Nevill Hall a dychwelon ni i'r encil yn y prynhawn.  Ro'n ni'n falch iawn gyda'r gofal o'r parafeddygon a meddygon yn yr ysbyty.

We had  a shock on our first night at the retreat. Nor'dzin's heart beat was very fast and irregular. I called the emergency services and a  paramedic came in ten minutes. Nor'dzin's heart was beating at 150 beats per minute. Fortunately she began to get better while the paramedic looking after her.  We thought it would be best to call an ambulance so that Nor'dzin could spend some time in hospital. We spent the night and morning in Nevill Hall Hospital and then we returned to the retreat in the afternoon. We were very pleased with the care from paramedics and doctors at the hospital.
