Bird Boy

Here's a boy having fun by scaring the pigeons in Marble Arch and making them flap all over the place. Great.

After an amzing  breakfast in the hotel we decided to make the most of our last couple of hours before checking out and walked across the road to Hyde Park. We walked for what seemed like miles, around the Serpentine and down to the Princess Of Wales Memorial Fountain which Is lovely. It was gloriously warm and a really beautiful place to wander on a Sunday morning. I really didn't want to come home.

D went back to our room and packed up while I wandered down to Selfridges then we headed back to my parents to pick up the children  and dogs and regaled them all with tales of our trip to the big city.

Now to sort our children's uniforms, PE kits and lunches for tomorrow. Talk about crashing down to earth with a bump.
