Habitat for Humanity .....

Polar Plunge.

This is where the plunge happened.......

But we missed it.......

As I mentioned yesterday we were attending a polar plunge to benefit Habitat for Humanity that one of my co-workers was participating in. It was supposed to run from 10 am - 1 pm with the plunge happening at 1 pm. 

So we had plenty of time, right?

Wrong!

We spent the morning at home during chores and then headed out to Dutch Springs for the plunge after lunch.  We got there by 12:15 pm. 

And the plunge had already happened!  This the second time this year that we have missed out on a polar plunge.  I was a little annoyed to say the least as I missed out on seeing my co-worker take the plunge.  However, they did allow us to enter the park and I was able to shoot this panorama with my cell phone.  Not the best technical photo I took all day, but it tells the story.
