Dunnock

I think this is a dunnock. Several of them have visited our garden in recent months.

This one was chasing another in what appeared to be with more romantic intentions than territorial aggression.

According to Wkipedia, mating takes 1/10 of a second and a male can mate more than 100 times a day.

They also share parental duties.
