Travelling home

Put the awning down minutes before the rain came. Drove through Heartbeat country and to Goathland where it was too rainy to get out and appreciate. But we did stop off for a wee in the potty which turned out to be something quite different and had to be smuggled into the toilet of a cafe for removal!

Then tried Malton, again too rainy.

Then onto York where we had a lovely Sunday roast and discovered Ben's quite partial to pork! He's not a big Sunday roast fan but polished off a decent amount of the meat 'ham', potatoes 'chips' and a load of veg. Result! We then 1, 2, 3'ed him back to the van with one comedy hand slippage incident where we actually threw him down the street. Thankfully he's well padded and he thought it was hilarious!
