Bread
And here's the bread that Homer made... It took around about 30 hours from start to finish with minimal kneading. I use a well-floured banneton to form the dough and bake it in a pre-heated cast iron casserole inside the oven.
It does taste wonderful but for me the making and baking is more pleasurable than the actual eating.
