Chained

Today I felt rather chained to the house.
Yesterday when I came home from work I learned that our pilot light for our gas boiler had gone out and Beachcomber hadn't managed to get it lit :-(
Scottish Gas were informed and an engineer was booked to come out to the house between 12 noon and 6pm.
The chap arrived at 2pm, which wasn't too bad. Unfortunately he couldn't get it lit and he had to order parts and come back tomorrow to fit the parts and hopefully get the boiler fixed.
It looks like a new boiler is on the cards .
After the gas engineer left we took Maeve out for a short walk down to Westhaven.
I do like these rusting chains anchored to the rocks near to the channel where they bring the fishing boats in :-)
